Is Dans101 free to use?+
Yes — free to browse on the web or download the app. You only pay when you book something, and the price is set by each host. Hosts can start with a free page; paid tiers add team and studio features.
Do I need dance experience to book?+
Not at all. Many listings are beginner-friendly — look for the level tag when browsing. Dans101 covers classes, workshops, events, and other creative services across the community.
How do payments work?+
Each host chooses which payment options to offer. You might see card (via Stripe), credits (buy packs in the app for a lower per-class price), or pay-in-person (arrange directly with the host). Open Banking is also available for some classes.
What is the Dance Agent?+
It's a chat-style interface inside the app with knowledge of 260+ dance steps across many styles. Use it to learn step names, prep for class, or explore new styles between sessions.
